By ticking this box, the hirer assumes responsibility for any damage to the property that may occur as a result of the hot tub on the surface. This damage is not covered by our insurance policy.

These extras will be added to your final invoice and will not be paid for now. The BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE includes: balloons (your choice of colour) and a large 'Happy Birthday' banner. We'll do everything we can to make it special. The ROMANTIC PACKAGE includes: A bottle of bubbly, an LED wine bottle holder, plastic flutes and rose petals to float in your hot tub. The GARDEN GAMES package is a giant jenga, a huge snakes and ladders and a big connect 4.

Your Hot tub hire is provided by Horsham Hot Tub Hire.

By ticking the box you agree to the following terms and conditions being met:

- The hirer acknowledges that the use of equipment is at the hirers own risk
- Horsham Hot Tub Hire accept no responsibility for accidents, injury or death through the use of our hot tubs or associated equipment
- Persons with medical conditions should seek advice from a medical professional before using the hot tub.
- The hot tub must NOT be used by pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy
- Persons taking medications of any description should seek advice from their doctor before using the hot tub
- Children under 16 are strictly prohibited from using the hot tub unless they are supervised by an adult at all times
- You, the hirer must be present at the setup and will check the quality of the equipment with our technician once it is setup. When both parties are happy, the hirer will sign to accept full responsibility for any damage caused to the hot tub [AND associated equipment] and by consenting to this disclaimer, assumes the responsibility to pay for any damage
- The hire will not commence until full payment is made
- All times and dates we quote for delivery or collecting the goods are approximate, we will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- If the hot tub breaks down or stops working we will determine the problem as soon as possible after you have reported it to us, and then try to repair or replace it as efficiently as possible
- We will not be responsible for any damage caused to the hirers property or persons.
- You, the hirer, are responsible for looking after the hot tub and it being collected by us in the same condition and good working order as they were received by you, the hirer.
- You must pay to us the cost of replacing any hot tub or [ANY] associated hire equipment which is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond any economical repair. You should insure the hot tub for the replacement cost.
- If you, the hirer, do not willingly pay for any damaged replacement part, or stolen hot tub we will pursue a claim in the small claims court.
- The hirer agrees that users will not use the hot tub under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- The hirer agrees to abide by our safety instructions that will be emailed to you prior to the commencement of your hire and be available in our hire folder which will be kept at the hire address at all times.
