Great friendly service , delivered and put up tub and gazebo with no problem. Adam was at end of phone when we had a query to do with the tub and talked us through the problem. Lovely touches of Hexanganol gazebo with fairy lights , Bluetooth speaker and even a clothes rail. Will not hesitate in recomending this company to others in the future. We hired a hot tub through Horsham hot tubs. It came with LED lights, waterproof speaker, coat rail very clear instructions and lots of spare filters etc – they had literally thought of everything. They are really lovely to deal with and very flexible and organised and professional. We all loved it and it was a big success so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
All we need to ensure a successful hire:
– 3.5 metres x 3.5 metres of space for your gazebo
The gazebo can be placed on any flat surface. Grass, artificial grass, decking, patio area. Note: The hot tub is very heavy when filled (1,215 kg).
– A power source within 30 metres
The hot tub will need to be plugged in for the duration of the hire. An indoor or outdoor plug socket will work fine.
– A water source within 30 metres
Most houses have a working outdoor tap. We also have attachments meaning we can connect to most indoor taps.
Setup time is between 12:00pm and 18:00pm on your chosen date and it will take approximately 2 hours to get your hot tub and gazebo setup. The person responsible for the hire must be over 18 and be available to run through our health and safety assessment.
Collection of the equipment at the end of the hire is between 8am and 12:00pm and it will take 1 hour to clear away. We use a pump to drain the water from the hot tub and usually place it into a mains drain, if there is one within 30 metres from the hot tub position.

Which model will my hot tub be?
Currently, all of the models that we supply at Horsham Hot Tub Hire are the LayZ Spa PARIS model. We love this model because of its spacious size and integrated LED lights. All of the hot tubs that we supply are inflatable.
How long does it take to fill my hot tub?
Filling the hot tub takes 1-2 hours, depending on the water pressure at your property.
How long does it take to heat my hot tub?
It will take up to 24 hours for your hot tub to reach its optimum temperature of 40 degrees.
Can your technicians heat it any faster?
We may be able to attach a hose to your indoor hot water tap. The heat of the water and the amount of hot water available is down to your boiler settings and capacity.
What surfaces can my hot tub be placed on?
Hot tubs work best on a patio area. We can also place our hot tubs on any flat surface: Grass, artificial grass or decking. However, when filled, the hot tub weighs up to 1,350kg and may cause damage to the area it sits on. This is at the hirers own risk. Horsham Hot Tub Hire does not take any responsibility for damage caused through the weight of the hot tub.
How much space is required?
Our gazebos require a minimum of 3.5 metres by 3.5 metres of space.
We have pets, is it safe?
We love animals at Horsham Hot Tub hire, but animals and hot tubs do not mix. Hot tubs are extremely dangerous for domestic pets. The high temperature and chlorine could cause significant health implications. Because the hot tub is inflatable, pets could potentially pierce or damage the lining through scratching or biting. The hirer assumes responsibility for any damage during their hire, including by animals. Our gazebo can be fully enclosed, to help keep the animals out.
Are your hot tubs suitable for winter?
Yes. Winter is a fantastic time of year for hot tubs, especially when it's cold outside. All of our hot tubs are the latest model and come equipped with anti-freeze technology, meaning you can enjoy your hire any time of year. (Christmas and New Year are particularly popuplar - so book early.)
We don't have an outdoor tap, can we still hire?
Yes. We have adaptors for most indoor taps.
Do we need to be in when the hot tub is delivered?
Yes, the person who signs the terms and conditions when booking must be present when the hot tub is delivered or the hire cannot take place. After the setup is complete, our technician will ask you to sign our damage waiver form and take over responsibility of the safety and management of the equipment for the duration of your hire.
How is the gazebo secured?
The hexagonal gazebo has six anchor points and these are weighted down using sand bags. When placed on soft ground, our technician may also use pegs for added security.
Can I book for more than one week?
Of course, you can book as long as you wish. If you do so, our technician will return after the first week, to empty the hot tub, clean and refill it for you with fresh water. They will also deliver a fresh set of chemicals and two brand new filters.
Do all of your hot tubs have integrated LED lights?
Yes, all of our hot tubs have integrated LED lights.
What if I wish to cancel?
We understand that plans change. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking date, we will refund your deposit in full or change to an alternative available date free of charge. Between 14 days and 3 days prior to the booking, we will refund 50% of your deposit. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, we will not refund the deposit and you are expected to pay the remaining balance of the hire fee.
Is there a damage deposit?
We do not charge or collect a damage deposit. However, the hirer assumes full responsibility for the equipment for the duration of the hire. This means paying the full cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged equipment.

How do you drain the water afterwards?
When we arrive to collect the equipment, our technician will use a water pump to quickly drain the water into the nearest mains drain (provided it is within 30 metres of the hire area.) Please note: There will still be a small amount of water left in the hot tub that will need to be emptied in the immediate area.
How do I maintain the hot tub during the hire?
Our technician will provide you with an adequate amount of chemicals and a brand new filter for your hire. This will keep the water safe. They will show you how to look after the hot tub during its time in your care.
How do you clean the hot tubs?
We use an anti-bacterial spray that is specifically for hot tubs and kills 99.9% of bacteria. Our hot tubs are cleaned thoroughly before every use and are regularly serviced.
Who is responsible for any damage?
After you are comfortable that you know how to use the equipment and our technician leaves your property, the hirer assumes full responsibility of the equipment - including any damage, whether accidental or otherwise.
